Cleptomanicx assesses € 6,00 for prepayments and PayPal payments in
Germany, and € 11,00 for cash on delivery (COD).
Orders above € 100,00 ship free in Germany.
Orders above € 200,00 ship free to Austria and Switzerland. 

For supplies outside of Germany the postage is calculated by a delivery-module in our webshop (subject to alteration of prices) and if there will be any variations, we'll get in contact directly with each customer.
COD is only possible in Germany. Shipments to non-EU countries might entail additional customs duties, to be taken care of by the addressee. Prepaid orders are shipped after the prepayment has been completely received.

Delivery in Germany through UPS. In case our carrier can't deliver your order directly to you, he's going to try it again at different times, but only three times alltogether. Please provide us with an address UPS can properly deliver to (optionally your company, neighbour, etc.)

Outside of Germany, delivery is being taken care of by DHL / Deutsche Post AG. In case our carrier can't deliver the order directly to you, he'll leave a note. Your order should then be ready to be picked up at your nearest post office for a duration of 10 days.
